What is AcudoX?
AccudocX is an innovative and secure online translation service that cuts down on wait times by allowing individuals to translate their own personal documents and have it authorised by a NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) certified translator. NAATI is the national standards and certifying authority for translators and interpreters in Australia. Simple to use and accessible at a fraction of the cost for traditional document translations, individuals can complete their own translations within minutes. At All About Languages, a NAATI certified translator will review your AcudocX translation to ensure completeness and accuracy of the translated material. The Australian Government only recognises translations completed by a NAATI certified translator.
Please note that we currently only support Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Nepali, Persian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish and Thai into English translations on AcudocX. More language options will come, in the meantime, you can still use our standard NAATI service.

FAQ's
Why would I use a self service translation?
If you are looking for an easier and quicker translation service which can be done from your computer or mobile device, then this service is for you. Self service translations are verified and checked by a human NAATI certified translator which means your translated document can be used for official purposes.
Can I use this service on my phone?
Yes you can. The self service and extract translation is mobile phone friendly.
How does the self service translation work?
Once you set up your account in the portal and select the document, you will enter all the fields from your document to English. Once complete, a NAATI certified translator will review the information and make any edits necessary. This will be sent back to you for review and once approved, the translation is sent back to the translator for the certification. Once this has been done, your job is complete, and you can download your documents from the self service translation portal.
It is asking me to enter fields which I cannot find in the document. What do I do?
You can leave this field blank and continue filling in the rest of the fields.
Can I submit more than 1 document?
Yes you can. You will have the option to add more documents, whether they are the same type of document or different documents.
I selected the self service translation but I want to change it to a full translation. Can I do this?
Yes. Please send a message in the platform to resolve this issue.
What are free edits?
The free edits are useful when the translator needs to edit or revise any fields in the document for accuracy. An edit may include a change to text or numbers in the fields. If, for example, the date is entered as 6 May 1978 and the translator changes it to 9 May 1978, this will count as one edit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal as a form of payment.
